Hello, my name is Gavin Poteet, founder of GPRacing. I am an aspiring professional racing driver based in Nashville, Tennessee.

Since I was a kid I have always had a deep interest in anything automotive. Whether it was collecting Hot Wheels cars or attending local car events, cars and racing were always what excited me the most. Growing up in this area, however, there were limited opportunities to start racing at a young age, which led me to pursue baseball for nearly twelve years.

In 2024, after beginning college, I decided to fully pursue my passion for racing. I attended a Radical Racing School where I earned my competition permit and began racing the Radical SR1. From that moment forward it was clear that this was the path I wanted to dedicate myself to.

Since entering competition I have recorded 22 podium finishes in my first 23 races, including 7 wins. What began as a leap into something new quickly turned into a serious pursuit of a professional racing career, and GPRacing was created to share that journey with those who want to be part of it.

The next step is competing at a higher level.

After building experience and success in my first seasons of racing, my goal is to step into the Radical Cup championship for the 2026 season. This series features some of the best drivers in the Radical platform and represents a major step toward professional motorsports.

Reaching that level requires strong partnerships and support from businesses and individuals who want to be part of the journey. Motorsports offers a unique platform for brand exposure and community engagement while supporting a local driver pursuing competition at the national level.

While the path forward in racing can change quickly, the goal remains the same. Continue progressing, compete at the highest level of competition possible, and bring supporters along for the journey as this vision continues to grow.
